Feeling Shaky, Dizzy, Lightheaded, Vomiting. Slightly High BP. Any Ideas?

had a strange thing happen tonight was outside talking, weather was fine, not overheated but started feeling very queasy, shaky, before I could get inside, got dizzy and lightheaded all I could do to make it to a chair to sit, my husband as with me, I got very clammy, extreme sweat feeling like I had to throw up, had some water, hands were shaking a lot, blacked out for just a second moved to the couch extreme nausea couldn't make it to restroom, threw up right there, nausea of course immediately subsided, checked bp, slighty high but better w/in 15 minutes or so still have a headache. Do plan to check with my doctor tomorrow. I am a 53 year old female.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C..M. Forum.
In this type of symptoms I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1 Menopausal syndrome , diagnosis can be confirmed by measurement of level of estrogen , estradiol hormones as all these symptoms are an indication of menopause , so consult a G P and get his opinion & treatment .
2 Hyper acidity ( gastritis ) develops nausea and dizziness . Dizziness in itself causes sweating and uneasiness as all these symptoms were an indication of hyper acidity. ( overeating may be the one such cause)
3 Anemia , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination.
In my opinion consult a G P for menopause syndrome.
Good luck. Dr. HET
