Feeling Tightness In Chest And Sharp Pain On The Left Side

chest tighting,3 times had very very sharp pain in my letf side of chest,very sharp stabbing filling had not controll of body,letf arm tighting tinglesmy throat gets tight,is this a sign of a heart act,friend came done my pulse it was good she said,mines run 110 over but today it was 119 over some thing good been very tired ,i have slept most of this day

I can understand your concern.

In any episode of chest pain , an EKG must be done to rule out myocardial infarction(heart attack) or myocardial ischaemia(low blood flow to the heart) - these are worst case scenarios. Old ECG won't have any value.

There can be many other causes like gastritis, peptic ulcer disease , gall stones, inflammation of covering of heart ( pericarditis) , inflammation of covering of lung (pleuritis) and many others.

Do not be scared.

Get an EKG done as early as possible , consult a clinician and get yourself examined.
