Hi!
welcome to the HCM!
For nibbling of uncovered skin, minor scratches or abrasions without bleeding immediate
vaccination must be done.
One dose of the vaccine should be administered on days 0, 3, 7, 14 and 30. All intramuscular injections must be given into the deltoid region or, in small children, into the anterolateral area of the thigh muscle. Vaccine should never be administered in the gluteal region.
A vaccine, like any medicine, is capable of causing allergic reactions. The risk of a vaccine causing serious harm, is extremely small. Serious problems from
rabies vaccine are very rare.Problems like soreness,
redness, swelling, or itching where the shot was given is common as are headache, nausea,
abdominal pain, muscle aches,
dizziness in few people.
You must continue with vaccine.
hope it helps you!
