Feeling Vibrations In Legs And Arms. Having Nausea And Headache. Cause?

hi, im a med student 23, and i have been recently feeling vibration in my legs and arms. Also my eyes feel weird like i see things move or something fast like moves on the side but when i look nothing is there, also moving my head bothers me and i get nausea. i think it might be vertigo but im not sure. I also had stomach issues a week ago, and i have cold. But the vibration in my body and my eyes giving me headache and nausea is whats bothering me. And its really hard to study with these symptoms.

You have minor neurological symptoms that are not specific for any disease. Common underlying causes could be stress & faigue, and vitamin B12 deficiency. I agree you have vertigo with paresthesias.
If symptoms persist, you may consult a neurologist.
