Feeling Weak After Knee Surgery. EKG And CT Scan Normal. Any Suggestions?

had knee scope 1 week ago today....on 4th day after surgery a feeling of weakness and faintness occurred...went to er did blood work, ct scan and ekg...all normal. Potassium was a little off....dr. prescribed me to eat more potassium rich foods, which I have been doing...However I have experienced this weakness every day, mostly in morning, ever since the 4th day.
