Feeling Weak And Tired. Can It Be Due To Excess Travelling Daily?
Hello doctor, My name is Aman Shrestha. I’m 20 years Male from Asia, Nepal. My problem is: I Feel always Weak and tired. Even though I have a good sleep (11 pm to 8 am). I am working at Press as a Marketing executer, mostly I use Bike at all day to deliver CTP plate. After my office I take a bus, traveling time is 1 hour to reach my home. This is how I spend my whole day. Is this why I feel weak? What is the best solution for this?
Feeling of weakness and tired throughout the day may be due to a number of reasons as you are having good sleep though.
- Most likely cause is your life style, as you spend most of the time of the day in traveling by bike or by bus. Its very hectic schedule, so due to lack of proper rest your might be feeling tired.
- Second cause may be nutritional deficiency. Anaemia is most common causes of non-specific fatigue. So get your Hemoglobin levels checked. Take Vitamin-B complex capsules, green vegetables, and proper diet.
- If tiredness is also associated with the lack of interest in routine, low mood possibility of depression can be kept in mind.
so as per my opinion have some rest at least 1-2 days a week, take vitamin supplements and if you are not getting proper relief then visit a good psychiatrist for proper management.
