Very frankly speaking there is no physical problem which arises due to
masturbation.It is basically our guilt which makes us develop or feel different types of symptoms.along with our guilt,there are also various myths attached with masturbation which results in flawed thinking by us.
Masturbation is basically very healthy practice which relieves your
sexual tension without any danger of any
sexually transmitted disease.
The only problem with madturbation is,if it is habitual.
If you do masturbation only on arousal,there is nothing bad in it.

Eat healthy
Avoid junk foods
Do regular
aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day.
Do
yoga and mental relaxation exercises.
Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Take walnuts and almonds.
Forget about what people or anybody else says about masturbation.
Do it when you get erection naturally.
