Feels Like Grinding In Back Of Head And Neck, Blood Pressure Normal. Any Advice?

Hi, i am having a strange feeling in the back of my head, it started off a few days ago once or twice a day now it is about once a minute, it is like a grinding in the back of my head, it is worrying me a lot. i do not have high blood pressure or any other health probelms, i am 38 female. it also feels like the back of my head maybe my neck too.
