Feels Like Heart Is Beating Slow For A While. Could It Be Anything Serious?
Sometime when in sitting down on the couch, I feel the beat of my heart slowing down and then it just goes back to its regular beat. When ever this happens I feel scared because it feels like it well completely stop beating. It sometimes happens when in standing up or doing stuff wheather its outdoors or indoors. Could this be something serious?? PS: I have told this to my Dr. Once and they did a check with this small wires that were conected on my chest and she said there was nothing to worry about that I was fine. Please help.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Age and sex is very important before evaluation of any diagnosis . As you mentioned that you are feeling heart is sitting down , in my opinion consult a cardiologist and get his opinion . Echo & E KG will isolate the case . May be a serious case but without any diagnosis very difficult to say something. Good luck. Dr. HET
