Feels Tired, Depressed Always, Takes Metopolol, Hydroclorothiazide. Are These Side Effects ?
my wife takes Metopolol and Hydroclorothiazide and she feels tired and depressed all the time. Iknow the side effects of each drug could cause her feeling down. I heard that Hydroclorothiazide was no longer being used because of some harmful side effects. I take furosemide and the side effects are frequent urination!! I think my BP went up when i read the terms.
You should consult your doctor for detailed evaluation and management. Doctor may advise you to go for blood tests including electrolytes and vitamin B 12 level to rule out physical causes.
If she is under stress, You should take her to psychiatrist foe detailed evaluation and management.
I hope It will help you.
Thanks.
