Fell Down, Landed On Right Buttock Cheek, No Bruise, Pain On Sitting. Treatment?

Fell really hard this weekend, landed on my right butt cheek. Expected a huge nasty looking bruise , but there is none....yet it hurts to sit and/or touch my butt cheek just like it would if there was a huge bruise. Tailbone is fine, it is just the cheek. Just looking for info on how I should be treating, and if/when I can expect the bruise to appear.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it appears that you might be having deep soft tissue injury giving you pain.
But as there is no bleeding or hemorrhage under the skin, there might not have bruise or swelling.
Do ice pack 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days.
Take some NSAID medicine for pain and soft tissue injury.
Ok and take care.
