Fell Hard On Curb And Shin, Sharp Stabbing Pain Shoots To The Shin. What To Do ?

Long story short, I fell hard on a curb, and my shin has the leg fell asleep feeling. I can t feel it if I tap or scratch it; and when I kneel, a sharp stabbing pain shoots to the shin. I fell approx 3 weeks ago, and nothing is getting better. There is no pain with walking, no bruising , only pain when I kneel on it and bothersome as I have no sensation.

but tibia is a major and strong bone

more likely that the blood got collected between the bone and the membrane covering the bone
and this may cause pain too

an x ray is necessary

routine pain killers may help
