Fell Hard On Knee & Sharp Pain When Bent Backwards.

Fell on knee HARD, immediate pain, swelling, feels like I pushed my knee cap up, warm to touch, sharp pain when bent backwards~ I dont understand why there is heat ? It happened 12 hours ago, ice and anti-inflamatories~ what do you think I injured ?

Thanks for query,
it is possible that due to hard heat you might got torn injury to muscles and ligaments,
Even you might have haematoma formed.
Go for X ray knee and find out the cause.
Take anti inflammatory and antibiotic medicines.
Consult orthopedic and seek advice.
