Fell Off Bicycle, Swelling In Leg With Bruise, Huge Lump, Unable To Walk Without Limping

I fell off of a bicycle about 9 hrs ago and didn t think anything serious happened, other than the fact that I would prob get a bad bruise . A few hours later, I noticed a large portion (the length of a football) is swollen and beginning to bruise. It looks like ball is growing under my skin . I now have my leg elevated with ice, and cannot walk without limping. Do I need to go to the ER?

U NEED TO GO TO ER, BECAUSE U MIGHT HAVE DEVELOPED HAEMATOMA [under the skin, DUE TO RUPTURE OF UNDERLYING VESSELS], SINCE U CAN LIMP, IF NOT WALK.. I DOUBT ANY FRACTURE.

ANYWAY, GO TO THE HOSPITAL NOW, BEFORE ANYTHING SERIOUS HAPPENS.
