Headache + vomiting were most likely due to hangover along with acute alcohol-induced stomach irritation. Persistent headache is apparently due to blunt injury over head. A short course of Anti-inflammatory pain-killers will cure the concussion effects. Get a dressing done of the gash wound over the scalp.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.
