Fell On Upper Back. Tendon May Be Damaged. Why Could I Not Sleep?
I fell skiing 7months ako with a twisting fall landing on my upper back crags showed nothing broke or fractured but that is still sensitive and sore At times is there a muscle ot tendon that may have been damaged I m able to generally do what I have to where originally I could not sleep on that side for about a month had to sleep in chair
