Felt Slight Tear In Anus And Toilet Filled With Blood While Passing Stool. Are They Hemorrhoids Symptoms?
So every so often when I go to the bathroom to do number 2, most of the time that this happens I feel a slight tear and I no what's going on. But today, I went to the bathroom and the toilet was filled with blood. Looked dark red but when I wiped it was just red. I've looked up some of the hemorrhoids symptoms and I don't have any other symptoms of them. Any ideas?

Hi.Thanks for writing on HCM. Most common cause of blood in stools is hemorrhoids-fresh blood(red colour) is seen during passing bowel. This bleeding is not associated with pain. If this bleeding is associated with pain this might be a fissure.Depending on the stage of hemorrhoids they require conservative/medicines or surgery and I suggest you to see a surgeon for further management.Hope this answers your query.
