Female, 80 Years Old, Recently Has Been To A Geriatrician

Female, 80 years old, recently has been to a geriatrician for a clinical examination finding and found no significant issues. However, the chest X-ray shows mild cardiomegaly (the cardiothoracic ratio is 13.4cm/23.5cm = 57%) with no evidence of cardiac failure. Also, we have done a resting of ECG at our family doctor and the result shows a bit of unnormal. Please refer to the attachment. We don't know how to read and understand the ECG print-out ourselves and have not got a chance to talk to the geriatrician yet. Our concern is what has been found from the resting of ECG and how serious it is?
