Female State Championship Level Athlete Age 19. Occasional Shortness Of

Female state championship level athlete age 19. Occasional shortness of breath/wheezing/pressure in chest during extremely fast paced runs (more common in colder weather). Recently had two odd events w similar symptoms; 1.) scuba training has tingling in hands/feet/face and extreme shortness of breath. Day later while relaxing, experiences same including slurred speech and passes out. In foreign country and no diagnosis except specialist thinks NOT asthma. 2.) Flight training today (2000 feet altitude) has brief tingling and slurred speech, slightly airsick. Returns to normal on landing. Thoughts?
