Fever, All Test Done Waiting For Results, On Paracetamol And Antibiotic. Suggestion?

My son has prolonged fever. All tests have been done, right from urine culture, urine complete, malaria, dengue, widal, ultrasound scan,x-ray. Awaiting the results of leptospirosis,blood culture and mantoux. His fever reduces in about 1 1/2 hrs of giving paracetamol but shoots up in another 6 hrs. He's been given antibiotics. He has no cold or cough. But he has chills rarely.

cause of fever may be established after all the report....fever with chills may be possible of MALARIA...anti malaria madication only start after getting the report...meanwhile continue anti pyretic till repot comes thank..
