Hi and thanks for the query,

Considering the signs and symptoms experienced, I would suggest you will need to concert with your gynecologist on actually how to get off hormone replacement therapy. Today, the risk factors associated with hormone replacement therapy and the benefits with respect to heart disease and concert need to be carefully weighed before its being prescribed.

Recurrent shingles might deserve a proper diagnosis, and an active search for predisposing condition. Immune depression is usually associated with recurrent shingles. Ant viral therapy could decrease the frequency and intensity of these episodes.

I suggest you consult a gynecologist for proper examination and follow up.
Thanks and best regards,

Bain LE, MD.
