A pinkish discharge is either the sign of an infection or a soon-beginning infection; are you sure you are not experiencing your period right now?
If not, then this is a sign of either a uterine abnormality or an abnormality of the inner lining of the uterus; other conditionsthat cause a similar presentation are pregnancy or a miscarriage; please visit your doctor for a urine examination, vaginal swab test and an ultrasound examination.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
