Fever, Chills, Frequent And Burning Urination, Back Pain. History Of Ecoli Infection For 3 Years. Diagnsoed Pelvic Lipomatosis. Possilbe Bladder Cancer?

Diag w/ Pelvic lipomatosis.
I have all the symptoms in a high grade. I have a low grade fever (99 or 100 degrees) chills, cold sweats, lower abdominal pain, frequency and urgency to urinate, burning while urinating, and pain in my lower back. I have had a ecoli infection for 3 years and NOTHING helps. Im going for a cat scan to confirm the lipo Matosis and a cystoscopy in a few months.
I'm really worried I have Bladder cancer?

Uou have chronic UTI since 3 years ana fears to have cancer of Bladder,
Do not worry one thing is sure that you do not have cancer of the bladder as Gross Macroscopic Hematuria (Passing blood in the urine ) is first presenting symptoms of Cancer of the bladder
Please get your urine culture and sensitivity done to take appropriate antibiotics
Ensure to drink more water.
