Fever, Cold, Cough Due To Climate Change, Diet?

Hello doctor, my kid is 3yeArs old ,due to climate changes he is offen suffering from fever , cold , cough in a month twice he is falling sick... Please suggest us a solution to keep him healthy ....... Because of him my. 6months baby also getting infected with couh,cold.... Please help us.....on providing a healthy diet for him

frequent infection in children can be due to climate change.
1 give plenty of water
2 give energy rich foods like egg, banana, fruits.
3 avoid cold things
4 avoid junk foods
5 freshly made home food should be preferred.
