Fever That Goes Down With Ibuprofen, Comes Back. Bloodshot Eyes, Burning, Feels Dizzy. What Is This ?

My 5 year old son has had a fever for 4 days 101-103.6 it goes down with ibrophen but spikes back up after about 4 hours. His eyes are bloodshot and he complained that they were burning. He says his head hurts and when he stands up he feels dizzy, and his throat is soreOur family doctor is booked full for the next 4 days so I'm debating on a trip to the ER some advise would be great. He had a febrile seizure as a baby

Hello. Your baby must be having some infection or malaria. He must be given proper treatment after investigations. Kindly visit emergency doctor immediately and give more fluids to your child. Take care.thank you.
