Evening rise in temperature is a well known symptom of
Tuberculosis.
First thing is how manys you have this type of fever?
Whether it is associated with
night sweats are not?
Is there any other associated symptoms like
cough, cold, burning while urination or bony pain, joint pain, headache etc.
if nothing is associated with fever, you must have to do some investigation to find the cause.
1. Complete blood count
2. Urinalysis
3.
Liver function test- for elevated bile salts and enzymes
These investigations are essential to diagnose the cause of fever.
