Fiance Had Blood In Semen. Has Pain In Testicles. One Is Bigger Than Other. Cause?
My fiancé and I are very sexually active. about a week ago we noticed that he had blood in his semen but had no other symptoms. Now he is starting to have pain in his testicles and one is double the size of the other. Is there something we can do to help it or prevent this? We are a little worried and can not get in to see the doctor for almost a week.
From your description, it seems clear that he has developed infection of his internal genitalia notably his spermatic cord and epididymis. Your fiance might be suffering from orchyepididymitis given your description which is caused by bacteria. Could be STD related but not necessarily as other germs such as E. coli are more frequent. I suggest you go to the hospital as soon as possible for emergency treatment. It is not advised to wait for a week before seeing a doctor given your presentation. Antibiotics will need to be initiated soonest.
Hope this helps
