Findings Uterus Measures 10.4 X 4.3 X 5.6 Cm Multiple

Findings Uterus measures 10.4 x 4.3 x 5.6 cm Multiple lobulated T2 hypo intense myometrial heterogeneously enhancing lesions are seen. The largest measures 2.4 cm at the fundus and is near transmural. A few of these lesions indent endometrium with probable submucosal component of less than 50%. The endometrium measures approximately 6 mm in thickness. There is small focal intermediate signal seen within the endometrial on sagittal T2 weighted images of the lower uterine segment. No obvious focus of myometrial invasion; however, contrast images are limited by motion artifact. The junctional zone is ill-defined posteriorly. Heterogeneous enhancement is seen with hypoenhancement of approximantly 50%. No evidence of cervical tumor. Nobothian cysts are seen in the cervix, however. No appreciable endometrial hemorrhage.
Ovaries: Normal bilateral appearance with no significant masses. Each ovary is normal in size for a patient of this age.
Cul-DE-Sac: No fluid of mass
Lymph Nodes: No adenopathy
Bladder: No focal wall thickening or mass
