Fingered With Long Nails. Burning Sensation While Urinating, Frequent Urination. Is It UTI? Medication

Hi, I was fingered on Saturday night by my boyfriend. He has long nails and it was abit rough than usual. Afterwards when I pee I feel a burning sensation and I frequent a lot to the washroom. What do I do, which medication should I use and how do I know its not a UTI. My discharge colour is normal and the smell too. thanks

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have could be related to a urinary infection or local inflammation due to fingering with the nails. You can apply a topical antiseptic cream like neosporin and see if it helps.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
