First, I Would Like To Say I Do Not Take

First, I would like to say I do not take any kind of medications, just vitamins. At the beginning of summer when I turned on the air condition I started to having nose bleeds, which I had never had before in my life. I was able to stop them after a few days by pressing on the nose - only one side seemed to be affected. I attributed this to the air conditioner. Since fall has kind of started out I turned on the furnace and again had nose bleeds - usually after/during the night - again was able to get that stopped. I take about 1 teas of turmeric daily, but had not taken it for a few days. I do take multi-vitamins, garlic supplements and one baby aspirin daily. I had a great physical, called the Ask a Nurse about the nose bleeds - wondered about high blood pressure but was able to stop the bleeding and it was only one side of nose - nurse recommended using Ocean spray in nose to take away dryness - seemed to work. Stopped all vitamins during the nose bleeds but the other night I again took vitamins and also the turmeric - I am wondering if the turmeric caused the nose bleed to start up again - am using a humidifier in the evenings. Could taking too much turmeric cause the nose bleed. That was the first time in three days I had a nose bleed during the evenings and am trying to figure out what may have caused it. Was able to stop the bleed in a few minutes - less than 5 minutes and has not shown up again during the day. Now it is evening and I am a little worried about going to bed and thinking that during the evening/night I may have another nose bleed. Can you let me know if turmeric could bring on a nose bleed.
