First, Let Me Say I Have A Number Of Medical

First, let me say I have a number of medical issues including SLE and take a lot of medication. Also, about a month ago I strained a small tendon in my chest trying to lay my young grandson down in his crib. Over the last week I've had the odd sensation of electric tingling up my torso, over the shoulders and down my arms into my fingers (stronger on right side). I can think of lots of reasons why except that it only happens when trying to urinate. There is definite urine retention involved with only about one full void a day at this point. The shock seems to clamp off the stream and I can't restart even though I both know and feel like I need to continue. Are there any suggestions to get past this before a serious complication occurs?
