Fishy Vaginal Odor, Itching Around Stitches After Developing UTI And Yeast Infection Post Laparoscopic Uterine And Bladder Suspension. Normal?

Hello, I am 3 1/2 weeks pot-op laparoscopic uterine and bladder suspension (no mesh), and trans vaginal TVT, rectocele , and perineal repair. After taking antibiotics for hospital acquired UTI and subsequent yeast infection , I am now experiencing fishy vaginal odor and itching around stitches. Is this normal? Are there home remedies? Should I see my Dr.?
