Five Months Ago I Had Right Temporal Lobe Surgery To

Five months ago I had right temporal lobe surgery to remove a oligrodendrogioma (Don't know how to spell this type of glioma), from right, medial temporal lobe of my brain. This surgery seems to have cured temporal lobe epilepsy which I suffered from since I was a teenager. I am now nearly 50 years of age. I am currently still on anti-seizure meds which are: Keppra - 1000mg daily and Neurontin 100mg daily. Due to the surgery I now have some nerve pain in my scalp. Would it be safe to reduce the Keppra and increase the Neurontin in an effort to reduce the pain in my scalp?
