Five years ago I performed unprotected oral sex on a woman 3 times then stop seeing her. A week or so later I had a itch and cough in my throat but it went away. No symptoms between then and now X crept for a little arthritis. Now five years later I have a very bad cough and coughed up thick phlegm and I'm having bad joint pain in neck and shoulder. I also am having red pinpoint dots appear on my thigh and ankles. At night in bed I wake up to terrible neck pain and a headache. My new wife that I met five years ago after this encounter now has a cough. I tested negative oral swab Gonorrea, chlamydia, urine test negative, his negative, syphliss negative. Could I have systemic Gonorrea? My Dr. Says I do not have an std. I do not feel good but at a lost as to what to do.
