Fleshy Lumps On Right Tonsil, Growing In Size. Had Strep Throat. Family History Of Lymphoma Cancer. Suggestions?

Hi I had a bad case of steep throat 2 years ago and after the strep throat cleared I noticed I had a growth of fleshy like lumps on my right tonsil iv been doctors who told me it will clear and it didnt and then when i moved to australia i went to see an ent and I have a hospital appointment in a month but I noticed yesterday that 3 lumps have grown on my tongue I'm so worried could this be cancer or would I have known by now.,I'm 22 and my father had lymphoma cancer

Don`t worry, lymphoma is not familial disease, also picture your giving is sings of Tonsillolith a common finding and it will subside with mouth gargling. tongue swelling is due to chronic irritation it may be taste bud hypertrophy
