Fluctuating Thyroid Test Levels. Why?

I have recently had my thyroxine levels in creased from a 50 25 50 pattern alternate days to 50 every day . It has been a week and I am feeling worse! Very tired at night ... Bad night sleeps and I find just one small glass of wine makes me feel like I've drunk a whole bottle... Is this normal and will it settle down? Any idea when? It worries me that I feel so debilitated.

Hi

Can we know the latest thyroid function test ? It is difficult to opine about your thyroid status without knowing the reports first. The increase dose of thyroxine can cause a little anxiety which is normal. It should settle down in a while. However I would still recommend a check of your thyroid function test.
