Following A Sinus Infection In March (from Which I Recovered

Following a sinus infection in March (from which I recovered following antibiotics) I have had periodic periods of dizziness/lightheadedness accompanied by nausea. Usually lasts less than 24 hours. I feel like it might be an inner ear condition as that ear feels full (not achey) and itchey. I have been taking AllegraD for last couple days for my seasonal allergies. Will the AllegraD help with the ear issue?
