Food Poisoning, Vomiting, Painful Chest, Rapid Heartbeat, Possible Blockage. Done X Ray And Stress Test. What Is The Solution?

hi, my story in brief , my husband had a food poisend before 2 month , and he vomiting a lot , that what they said In the hospital , and after that , he did lots of check up with a doctors to make sure that his heart is fine cause it was beating very fast after the vomiting , and when he check with the doctor they said there is a problem with the heart , so he did the x-ray and the stress test , they found that during the rest the heart is fine and the blood circulation excellent , but under the stress the the blood circulation little slow , and the doctor said there is little blocked in the lower area of the heart , and there is nothing to do with the vomiting , my question is how when he relax or not under pressure the heart is good and under the pressure is not , ? every body going through a lot of pressure , and of course the body will react different , am I right , ? and he said it might need a little operation to open this blockage , is that true? what if he decide not to do it cause he didn't feel a pain in the chest , and he is like gagging , and he is a soccer player, thanks .

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response

Hello again

As per your symptoms there is possibility gastritis.
.
I will advise to start antacids [proton pump inhibitors like] rabeprazole 20 mg twice a day.
Sucralfate will protect gastric mucosa and will give protective covering.

When body is under stress heart needs to pump more blood for peripheral circulation.
So if there so block in arterial blood supply ,then you need to repair that.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
