There are MANY heart-helping food and drink. The best thing to do is of course consult your doctor and/or nutritionist. A good general start though is fish (and other lean protein), fresh veg, fruit 100% whole grains. A balanced diet and excercise is always good for your heart. In addition, a glass of red wine a day has been proven in some studies to beneficial, but if you exceed the 1 glass max then you no longer get the benefits.
