For a person with a blood pressure of 130/100 is it advisable to workout......? For a person with a blood pressure of 130/100 is it advisable to workout in gym for 1 1/2 hours (evening) and swim for 40mins (morning) everyday? And in between attend regular office. He will not quit these activities as he loves them.

Yes exercise is great for people with high blood pressure as it can help lower the blood pressure. The person does need to see the doc about getting the blood pressure under control but does not need to stop exercising as this is good for your blood pressure.
