For a week and half ever since i ate pizza and fried shrimp my stomach feels raw uncomfortable bloating gas throwing up yellow bile twice. Last night had a BM felt like I wanted to pass out felt shaky afterward calmed down went to sleep this morning my stomach feels raw and uncomfortable I feel weak and tired. I've had these symptoms before but never this long could it be IBS or gastritis??
