For About A Year I've Had Extreme Bloating After Eating.

For about a year I've had extreme bloating after eating. It doesn't matter what I eat, I still have extreme bloating with Some upper abdomen pain. I'm also very gassy. I've also noticed I've had some weight gained. I really don't get much, so I don't understand why I'm gaining so much weight.
