Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it is not the epilepsy, it is the seizures due to the irritation of the brain, due to head injury.
If the effects of the head injury are completely cured you may not get the fits at all. I advise you to consult your doctor periodically to have an idea of the condition of the injury.
The pills are to prevent any fits by accident.
Avoid taking the drugs which have fits as a side effect, like antihistamines, antibiotics like ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, etc.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
