For Months Now, I Will Feel Really Hungry My Stomach

For months now, I will feel really hungry my stomach growls I get weak and sometimes nausea, then I sit down to eat and feel full and sometimes bloated after a few bites..I take 1 a day multi vitamins ptobiotics and Metamucil. ..I have been really stressed out for awhile now,and maybe think it could be related but not sure,my anxiety level has also increased since this started...
