For the last 3 days I have had a pain in my chest around my left breast. It has just been a nagging, on and off , dull like pain. Not enough to be real hurtful yet enough to know it is there. Is the type pain you would have need to go to the Dr. Or wait till they were more pronounced and hurting or could this be the onset of something more serious. I am 66years old and this is a first and very concerning pain I am worried about?
