For The Last Week Me Penis Has Felt Itchy. I

For the last week me penis has felt itchy. I thought it started at the head of the penis but then it felt like it was my foreskin but now I've come to a realisation and have been able to pinpoint the area to the base of my penis between it and the testicles. It also feels like it's itching in the shaft. Now when I urinate it itches more and sends a weird itch feel also to what feels like the inside of my anus. There is no rash or redness anywhere just a constant nagging itch
