For the past 2 months I’ve had chronic diarrhea every day.
I have no other symptoms other than bloating and gurgling noises.
I go at least 3 times first thing in the morning and it’s watery and sometimes explosive. Some days I go up to 10 times, every time I urinate.
I have had normal results from bloods and a stool sample.
The doctor thinks it may be ibs as I have a history of stress, anxiety and depression.
I don’t know how to stop it? Help please!
