For The Past 4 Years I Have Suffered With Horrible

For the past 4 years I have suffered with horrible eye headaches and left side body pain. Over the past two months it has become debilitating. I have issues with balance, depth of field perception and pain and weakness. My neurologist sent me for a MRI to rule out MS. The only thing seen abnormal in regards to my brain is minimal mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary sinus. I was relieved to find out no evidence of ms. So does this mean i dont have ms. could my headaches just be from this thickening. I just feel like i am under water. i want to feel better. thank you kate
