For The Past Few Months I Have Had Moderate Trembling

For the past few months I have had moderate trembling to the point where it is difficult to eats more complicated foods like noodles with a fork. In addition I have felt weaker and am very uneasy walking down stairs. The last symptom that is weird is that on occasion a couple toes or a couple fingers will be completely numb. I am only 46 and in pretty good shape as I was a college wrestler and still coach so the past couple months have been very unusual and it seems to be getting worse.
