For The Past Few Years, I Have Had Slowly Increasing

For the past few years, I have had slowly increasing RBC, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit serum levels. My MD in Scottsdale, AZ said to have this followed up since I was moving. The PA I currently see doesn't seem concerned. I also have a CRP of 5.3 and an elevated RA factor of 36. The last couple months I have been suffering from extreme fatigue, malaise, sweating/shortness of breath over simple activities. A cardiologist is about to send me for an echo and Holter monitor as I have irregular heartbeats (PVC's). I am almost 65 years old and an obese female with probable metabolic syndrome. Sugars are normal. And to add to the mix, my father had history of leukemia but died of atherosclerosis at age 83. Any thoughts?
